Transcript of LHH-JCC's Meeting on December 3, 2010


A transcript of the Health Commission's LHH-JCC sub-committee meeting on December 3, 2010 is shocking.

In the transcript, City Service Audit manager Tonia Lediju admits her Wistleblower Team did not do an investigation of the whistleblower complaint filed by former LHH doctors Derek Kerr, MD and Maria Rivero, MD.  Other disturbing news is raised in the transcript.

The transcript includes several bar graphs exlaining the significance of various issues involved in the audit of the patient gift fund, and numerous footnotes placing the JCC’s December 3 meeting into context.
